• The items are dispatched from our local warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Please carefully check the item location in the description or main photo of each item, as it affects the delivery time.

• Free local shipping in Australia for orders over A$20 - customers ordering large/bulky items and from far remote suburbs must contact us before placing an order. 

• You can select express shipping at a nominal extra cost. 

• Under normal conditions, delivery in Australia takes between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch from the local AU warehouse, depending on your location. It may take longer to deliver in remote areas.
