Return & Cancellation

  • If you change your mind about your purchase and want to cancel the order, you can do that before item is dispatched. Please contact us  immediately at support@ozcreez.com.au to cancel the order. 
  • If you change your mind and need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched or wish to return the item after receiving it, please contact us to assess if it is financially viable to do so. For some items, it would not be economical to return the item due to the significant two-way shipping which is to be born by the buyer in this case. If we accept the return, the item must be original packing with all parts intact. You will be required to send the item back and pay for both the original postage to your address & return postage or re-delivery or re-direction cost. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. The refund will be issued after deducting the original postage fee once the item is returned to our store. 
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, e.g., if the item is not as described or faulty, then please contact us at your earliest convenience to resolve the matter. Customer satisfaction is our top-priority; we will make every effort to make things right.
